7-Day Hassle-Free Returns
If you have any issues with your purchase or your product is not performing as expected, you can return it within 7-Days, hassle-free, with no questions asked.
All you need to do is open a support ticket for your return, let us know what the issue is with the product and we take care of the rest. We will send a courier to collect the product and issue your refund or replacement once we have received the returned product back at our warehouse for inspection.
Our returns policy is valid for 30 days (1 month) after the purchase date. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received. Open/used products are non-returnable (unless there is an issue with the product itself).
Please note that if you purchased a product from a retailer or other vendor and are not satisfied, you MUST follow their return policy and contact the seller at the place of purchase.

Return Policy for TrueLight; TrueDark® warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase by the original owner. Customer is responsible for outbound and return shipping costs. This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to another party. Warranty is void if device used for commercial use or disassembled at any point.
