As a result, orders are only marked as "fulfilled" once they are successfully delivered to you, this is to ensure all open and pending orders are attended to.
You should receive the following notifications,
#1: Once your order is in our picking/packing queue
#2: When the order has been handed over to the couriers which will contain the tracking/tracing information
